Modular Construction
A high-efficiency System 3E manufacturing facility. Utilizing locally mined perlite combined with extraction minerals to supply rapid deployable infrastructure to the Mentawai Bay precinct and beyond.
Building the Precinct
The development of Mentawai Bay and the surrounding SEZ padang extension requires vast amounts of construction material. Importing standard concretes and mortars to an island ecosystem is ecologically hazardous and financially inefficient.
Our Modular Construction facility solves this. It relies on System 3E—an advanced, mortarless, circular building system utilizing locally mined perlite bound together via the magnesium/calcium chemical outputs from our Brine Valorisation plant.
Anchor Client: Mentawai Bay
Mentawai Bay acts as the cornerstone off-take for these materials, utilizing our modular builds to construct housing, commercial, and tourism infrastructure with a negligible carbon footprint.
Integration in the Ecosystem
- › Brine Valorisation (Mineral binders)
- › Geothermal Plant (Power & Heat)
- › Mentawai Logistics (Perlite mining transport)
- › Mentawai Bay Precinct (Housing & Infrastructure)
- › Regional Hubs (Exported Modular Housing)
